Ebbers interview on CNBC last night was disturbing. IMO. When asked about the SEC inquiry, he played dumb. Not a good move. My interpretation is that management is either in the dark about possible regulations or they know and are taking the ENE defense. We know nothing. Either way, they lose. Is their fire where the SEC smells smoke? Only time will tell.

moufassa7: That is a tough call. Since support is at 1870 and the trend is still decidedly "up", I would cover my shorts if Nasdaq gets down to or near 1870. A profit is a profit -- no need to push your luck. Market may well rebound later in the day.
