Have you seen this?

WorldCom said the SEC has asked for information about a broad range of items. These include: disputed bills, a charge the company took in 2000 related to wholesale customers, its merger-related accounting policies,
loans the company made to its own officials, the company's tracking of Wall Street earnings estimates, any other federal or state investigations and the integration of WorldCom's computers with those of the former MCI
Communications Corp., which it acquired.

In a statement, WorldCom said it believes all of its policies, practices and procedures have complied, and continue to comply, with all applicable accounting standards and laws. A WorldCom spokeswoman wasn't
immediately available for comment.
