The second part is a fact, that is we tried during Clinton's term to take out Bin Laden. The first part about some type of handover is full questions, the first being, who was handing him over and for what, did the President decide himself that we didn't have legal cause or was he advised? This is just more digging up stuff that doesn't exist for sake of condemning a vastly successful president. And since the current Admin has been so unsuccessful with such a massive effort, why are you attacking the former Admin for almost getting it done?
