And what is the size of the economy for the developing world? Twice nothing is still not a very large number. ;^)

Ian, Ian, Ian, you haven't been paying attention!

The developing economies of the world made up 37% of the world's GDP in 2000. This compares to 22% for the United States. In a few more years, this "nothing" will be twice the size of the U.S. economy.

There seems to be some sort of misconception that the financial crisis in Asia a few years ago ended growth. Nothing could be further from the truth.
