anyone have other favorites?? Might be time to start looking at cash values again.

Although it's doing its best to make me look foolish by falling every time I say it's cheap (see thread), OGSI looks pretty good to me, as it gets near cash.

cheap looking: ... anyone have other favorites??

BTRN, NBSC, ITMN, TTP - and "of course SEPR"

INCY? [$7.50/share in cash/equiv's, plus those 30,000-plus royalty slices we haven't heard so much about lately -- that story, if true (still true?) ought to mean it's cheap -???]

<<Might be time to start looking at cash values again.>>

I can't afford to buy some of those stocks trading above $30 even if they are "near cash/share".<g>

Here is one I am looking at, that has been selling at 0.84 of book and below its cash/share, with no LTD and with a "Current Ratio" of 8.4 The insiders reportedly hold 35% and institutions 46%(70% of float)(and reportedly bought 1.17M in the last Q )

Today's volume (271,200) was more than 5x its average daily volume for the past month (50,000) and it gave a "buy signal" at 1PM this afternoon (up-tck of 202,500).Disregard that last comment about the "buy signal", I lost track of my present forum.<g>

Then last, but not least, it is within my buying range.<g>

Please don't take any of the aforementioned as a recommendation of this company's stock. This is a VERY SPECULATIVE stock and the price has been down from 13.55 in December 2000 to the recent L of $1.56 just YESTERDAY.
So please don't pay attention to any of my comments and do your own DD.

The symbol of the stock: AEGN

RAGL

Bernard

P.S. Also Bernard's appointment to the Board has nothing to do with any of the above.

What looks cheap to me (FWIW, and with a slight tricklish bias):

CEGE, ABGX, CRGN, RIGL, EBIO, AGNT, AMEV, CVAS, SQNM. Possibly GNSC with good leverage & limited downside (but if STRENGTH study is inconclusive or worse, dead money at best), and ACLA (but you'd want a long term view with that one). I don't follow the last four very closely.

But the #1 winner: I'm with Nigel here: OGSI looks silly cheap, and that's me on the bid.

Edit: DDDP, too.

Cheers, Tuck
