Alice, watercooling was even used in the Dreamcast set-top box from Sega. I used to own one of those, and I never had the water coolant leak. In fact, the system was quite cool, and light, and easy to manage. So your point is what? That your bitter because Toshiba is willing to install watercooling to sell P4 laptops, but they aren't willing to touch the Athlon 4?
