Ben G. Interpret if possible. I read this with limited understanding. My interpretation is that Rel A will be finally approved on 3/15--presumably with or without sync channel fix. And it appears that at the 3/11 meeting scheduled to make a final revision of the proposal for a fix, LGE found a bug in the comprehensive proposal for the fix --- thus raising some doubt whether on 3/11 any agreement was reached on such comprehensive Sync Channel fix. Thus, I assume that it is uncertain whether such comprehensive fix will be submitted as of the 3/15 approval date for Rel A.

Then here comes Rel B. I wonder how (in layman's language) it further enhances Rel A. Is this perhaps related to a diversity antenna which further doubles the network's throughput?

Ben. The bottom line question is. "When will vendors and operators upgrade networks and phones to 312 K BPS." In your opinion, when will we be able to identify the date when this upgrade will be installed? It is not so clear to me that this date will become clearer until after the 3/15 meeting
