Clinton did strike the camps in Afghanistan before Sept. 11. He missed because the Pakistani intelligence service had advance knowledge of the strike and warned OBL. Hence, the joke about using a million dollar missile to destroy a $10 tent. I read Clinton, the coward, did not want to shoot the missiles as he feared consequences he could not handle but his idiot security advisor, Sandy Berger, insisted he do something to make himself look presidential as he, Cliton, was sinking rapidly in the polls he so dearly loved. To overshoot Pakistan with the missiles the Pakastani government had to be notified. The result was the Pakistani secret police advised Bin Laden to move and, as Clinton hoped, no one was injured or killed. The missile strike on the Sudan was another of Berger's beauties. Ken
