The lawsuits claim antitrust violations, breach of contract, and violations of unfair business practice statutes and seek more than $150 million dollars in penalties, restitution, and disclosure of profits. Energy producers named in the suit include Dynegy, Reliant, Mirant and Williams. Williams is parent to ENL.
