Both trades were on the SF exchange. Can you access the SF exchange bid ask data? You might be looking at NYSE Bid Ask data and that doesn't always match up well with large buys and sells on other exchanges. The only sure way to tell is by seeing the transaction on the ticker.

My guess would be an arb position. The timing and size are too close for individual transactions. The spread furnished too big a temptation for some one.
