I tried to write a scenario by which Carl's bean counters know the merger has failed....what's the point by continuing the fight....Could someone have said Carly it isn't there...go home, rest up, or better yet take a vacation.... Would Carly do that...I have a hard time reconciling the idea of Carly giving up. Would Walter still be fighting with a vengeance if he's got the vote...who knows...the street seems to be saying that the deal is dead...but I don't see HWP leaping ahead.. Stay tuned huh.. What does suggest that Carly has the vote is that the issue seems muted by H-P...like fallen off a cliff and isn't even on the radar screen. I try not to post on the zoo but on occasion
