This plan would be launched on 12 this month, the specific contents of the plan are that the consumers have to purchase an saving card worth of several thousands yuan, China Unicom would bestow CDMA mobile phone free of charge. I'm not exactly sure about the details of that plan....but the message is loud and clear. Price War!!! Unicom has too much CDMA capacity to allow it to sit idle. They have also commited to a certain number of lines from the parent company.....weather they fill them or not. Slacker
