The chips are priced between $1,177 and $3,692.

An interesting point is that if Intel gets just 2 functional die per wafer (AMD type yields) they will make a nice profit.

I just love it ... These Xeon chips don't cost that much more to produce.
The mark-up is wonderful ... This must be what is driving the AMDroids "MAD". <ggg>
