You cannot deny the fact that in the past 10 years vast improvement in wind generation has occurred, can you? And you can't deny that DoE research grants aided and abetted this development, can you? And you can't deny that the Bushies as quietly cutting back on funding for research for anything not related to lining the pockets of their bribers in the awl bidness, now can you?
