Reports Q2 pro forma loss of $0.14, $0.04 better than the Multex consensus; revs came in at $210.8 mln, just shy of the consensus of $216.6 mln. The co expects revs for Q3 and Q4 to be approximately $205 mln to $215 mln, and expects FY02 sales will be in excess of $825 million (lower than consensus of $871.3 mln); co believes that it will reach break-even on a pro forma operating basis in 1H03.
