I'm aware of the politics and that MAN has been around the bush, but IMO opinion the worm has turned and just about the time many have written them off. By stepping up now, I expect to be rewarded handsomely when my view becomes more generally known and accepted. I expect events when they break, will do so fairly rapidly. I wouldn't rule out a major partnership soon, that aggressively attacks the rest of the district. To me that makes sense, because it makes the huge wealth of this concession (partnered with the state I might add) all the more compelling and an overwhelming force.

Secondly, I just don't see how I can call myself a serious investor in this sector if I pass on this one at this price. It's a bit of a "manhood" litmus test in my view. If one can't own this situation at these prices, what can one own?
