OK that was what I was looking for. I agree that seizeing more land (and wells, and other resources) is a bad thing but I don't think it is targeting civilans in the same way as the suicide bombers or other terrorist attackers. Also something like that is not exactly unexpected in an ungoing war. The Palestinians could have had peace and had many of the settlements removed but they chose the "al-Aqsa Intifada" instead with unfortunate consequences resulting for both sides. Tim
