Sorry about that, I'll write to that commy British Prime Minister, Tony Blair, and give him a piece of my Northern English mind!
Seriously, we might not be getting the full story over here. Most countries' governments exaggerate success and minimize failure during war time. It's good for morale and for getting people at home to support the war effort.
BTW, I am neither criticizing or applauding this behavior. Said in a perhaps vain attempt to not be labelled and insulted by the extremists here.

Maybe they published it because it was the truth.!
Something that the US press hasn't published from a battlefield since early days in Vietnam.
Mr Sylvester saw to that by telling the US newsmen what to report and what to not report.
