Monday March 11, 3:07 pm Eastern Time Investor Hall Reports 7.7% Stake In CSP Inc WASHINGTON -(Dow Jones)- Investor Christopher Hall reported a 7.7% stake in CSP Inc. (CSPI) on Monday. In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Hall said he beneficially holds 271,064 common shares of the company after purchasing 8,000 shares on Jan. 25 for $3.48 a share.
