As soon as I read his question to you, I knew what he was getting at -- banning handguns. Adding up rich4eagle's positions on all the subjects he posts on, I'm thinking he's a paid Democrat shill on this board. His views seem perfectly aligned with the liberal Democrat party line across the board, and the party is desperate to develop ways to garner support for their issues and arguments, as well as floating ideas that might be winners in the fall. Either that, or he reads and transcribes DNC talking points from a sheet.
