Thanks, and a special thanks to the one who recommended AVN, a couple of months back at 7.75. Only a pity I did not buy PVE. After reading the report there is not that many "buys" out there.
I also believe that is one of the reasons the other units are heating up, with SunGrow paying between 12-13%, it's giving a return almost as much as some of the oil and gas trusts.
