You're right - it doesn't seem to make sense, and the pages in my METHOD IN DEALING IN STOCKS that focus on late-night shows are missing. Maybe everyone already knew that no matter what TV property Disney got, it would figure out a way to screw it up anyway. Just think, though - if they had gotten Dave, they could have moved Ted over to Monday Night Football.
