JIm,

<<William T. Jarvis, Ph.D.>>

I would be interested is seeing a list of contributors to this "non-profit" organization. It is not unheard of for large pharmas to front organizations of this type along with other organizations, to support positions they want to see in the public eye.

Did you notice that this report is very much innuendo with very few hard facts. He talks about DMSO and cancer, but the implication is that it has been proven bad for all things, or does not have a legitimate purpose.

"Be aware that DMSO has potentially adverse side effects and offers little in the way of medical value."

Where are the facts to the above statement.

"However, scandal surrounded the FDA's approval of DMSO and some still believe that a cloud hangs over it."

What is the scandal and what is the cloud and who are the "some". There is mention about "Jacob is said to have bought 50,000 shares of the company's stocks." If that is the case, then prove it - the records are likely public . And if he did, does that automatically negate the science behind the drug. If that were the case, there would be a lot of small biotechs in trouble.

<<Topical use can cause a rash, blistering, itching, hives, and skin thickening.>>

At what concentrations? And are we talking industrial or medical grade.

I think what is even more scandalous and much sadder than this piece itself, is that fact that it was written by a person who supposedly has a Ph.D - I would have expected something much better than this from someone who has those credentials. I have seen much better from those who describe themselves has "hairy-a#&d carpenters". VBG

This piece is garbage - and I know you know that, but others who read it might not understand that.

Take care,

MB
