Dave, I agree on the bearish convrt' offering but I disagree on the bloated pig conjecture! LU has done a fine job cutting costs and "fat" from it's operations. It has put itself in a competitive position where as 18 months ago it was indeed a "bloated pig". I also don't give much credibility to the article concerning Russo and the fact that the company is not believable.(not that you posted that). Sabre!
