If they were better, it would have been "full steam ahead, woo- woo!!!!!! train's leaving the station"

Of course since they were down, they all decided that it was actually in the better interests for the market that the consumer is pulling back just a little.

You know enough of this irrational exuberance on the consumer's part. blah blah blah.
