The following post from a Zooster is an example of the doubt and uncertainty that breeds negativism, as a result of WW's visibility vs. Carly's silence. El I thought the deal would pass but now - by: balich 03/13/02 11:47 am Msg: 276708 of 276708 I'm not sure ... I can't believe all the oposition lately from Mutual Funds against the merger ... wow .. I thought Carly would of had more support before announcing this merger. Hewlett is turning out to be a formidable opponent ... Carly messed up - She should of had him locked up before announcing this merger. I now think its going to fail .. I can't believe how loud Hewlett's been lately and how quiet Carly's been. I voted personally FOR the merger. I thought I read that Carly had enough votes locked up .. is that a true statement?
