Yet another case of a stock hitting the down-sloping 200 SMA from below and falling back, just like LU. If it can't break through 3.9, it'll fall back to around 3.3, and then maybe lower, to retest 2.66. It'll more than likely retest the 50 SMA, too. The candlestick isn't "very bullish," either, unless doji stars at tops are very bullish. (Standing on my head, I can see a case for a bullish reversal, I suppose.) Note the declining volume, too. But whatever. If it breaks above resistance, it'll have a chance. Small caps can be unpredictable. It'll go where it goes. (I know one thing: It'll go off my quote sheet right now.)
