Upon reflection I've decided I over reacted.

I don't think you did. How about if I said "you're an A-hole" (just kidding). Once it's out there, you can't bring it back with a disclaimer. Maybe partially. Or, if a cohort said that to your face:

"I didn't think they required NDAs of garbagemen. Oh, I was only kidding." He might be picking up his teeth before he got the kidding thing out.

Actually, you haven't been picked on really, which is somewhat surprising because Tench and WBMW really were... maybe you just don't post enough- I suggest you begin posting here more :)
