So take a shot at the question why did the bankruptcy judge mark down the value of the spectrum purchased for $4.7 billion to $1 billion? If not excess supply relative to expectations it is lower demand. And if it is lower demand, and the licenses weren't conveyed yet, you are in bankruptcy, what price should creditors pay?
