es, it is uncanny, that this major legislation that would represent a gigantic earthquake in the American legal
system, a massive transfer of states' power to the federal government, is sailing along with almost no publicity or debate. That more than anything is frightening.


Don't be frightened. We have a Supreme Court where, I am sure, any law usurping states rights under the Constitution will be tested. I , for one, am tired of Friends of Bill becoming billionaires on my dollar. This category should be reserved for basketball players. I believe it is a fact Federal jurors are a few steps up the ladder in education and intelligence and therefore not so easily convinced that all class action defendants are guilty as charged.
