1. I ask who and you respond "some people".

2. If non-conviction is the litmus test, then neither OJ or WJ are crooks either although WJ effectively pleaded nolo contendere.

3. If you look a little more closely, I believe you will find that only the company part of the 401K contribution HAD to be taken in Enron stock, NOT the employee contribution.

4. By all means, if corporate officers are convicted of something, they should serve the time.
