You think the fed sets market rates!? Stagflation setup is near perfect; at this stage there's little the fed can do prevent a meltdown in the greenback and the attending inflation/rate spike...

3)Inflation is defined by agregate monetary growth which in running in the 9-15% range. The 1% inflation number the government uses means nothing to me. Any low inflation we have is through importation of Asian deflation.
