The rest of the world is no more moral and not a whit less hypocritical than we are. Agreed to some extent. I'd except the Nordic nations, NZ, Switzerland and a few similar states, which are substantially more moral and way less hypocritical. (e.g., in claimed vs actual concern for the environment, or on international aid, or improving the lot of most people...). But no other nation is #1 at the moment, no other is claiming a moral war. Only a few others (e.g., Iraq, Zimbabwe, maybe Iran) 'justify' their positions by branding their enemies not as cruel, or oppressive, or even as unfit to hold power, but as evil. Coupled with ignoring other blatantly unpleasant regimes (e.g., Saudi, Burma), and a histry of ignoring other terrorist-training nations where the terrorists happen to be US-backed (various Central America, Angola), and staying mum on other hostile but more formidable foes (e.g., China), it smacks of a weak case and double standards. And no other country has so much overt force and is being so public in its threats to use it as it sees best - no one else has the ability to do WTF it likes. And claims it's acting for the betterment of the world, when most of the rest of the world sees it as acting for and in its own interests only.
