I agree. But what I find suspect is it being posted on briefing with the effects of certain stocks . . .

14:57 ET USDA says tests 0 for 800 last year: Dow Jones : A USDA official told Dow Jones that the foot and mouth disease tests on five Kansas cattle are routine, and that the dept conducted more than 800 such tests last year with no positive results. England, which did experience the disease last year, had a similar scare a few weeks back which turned out to be a false alarm.
