They issued the "strong buy" today to counteract the "we dumped a big block of shares recently and the filing will be public info today"

Doesn't it actually say they INTEND to sell on the 1st, but also that they CAN sell anytime during the next 90 days? So they didn't have to sell on the 1st and may indeed have sold after the pump.
