Smart, Anderson would have to be able to show that the potential liability from the lawsuits and their other liabilities exceed their assets. I think that may be difficult to prove right now.

As for anyone acquiring them, I think the total potential liability has to be understood before anyone can start looking at them seriously. I don't think we'll see the end of the suits for a while, so they may be on their own for a while yet.
