and spend only what funds are needed to keep the sats from banging into one another.

Pierre: "So I say, shut it down now. I would vote to cease all operations, bank the last of the cash, and spend only what funds are needed to keep the sats from banging into one another. "

NOW WERE TALKIN'

Well move the whole thing to the SOCC outside of Sacramento! Maurice will move into the Sacramento facility and be in charge of flying the Sats. I will do 3 month shifts up there as long as we have internet access, and I only need out of pocket expenses (Southwest flights from SAN to SMF are pretty cheap if I use them only once every 3 months) ! There are not going to find any cheaper chaps than Maurice and I. I hope they have a shower in the SOCC! And an office I can set up a cot in?

Qualcomm has an entire Govt. System division based in part on Globalstar. They waisted the assets up to this point to reduce our leverage. So I say we take the Cash in the bank, and mothball it, until Qualcomm comes to the table!

I LIKE IT!!

In the mean time. We can use available cash to rebuy all the useless Globalstar UT's off of EBAY for $60 each! So we have a fresh supply when we go active again!

What do you say Maurice? Do you think Ken will go for it? When/If we get ATC approval, then we go see Harvey over at LWIN for 50 or 60 million!

Pierre: Just waste the assets until creditors have no more leverage.
I suspect this is being done. I think Q* and (maybe) some others want this thing absolutely debt free. With the SPs out of the way, only Q* really has leverage.

If you think about it. Who has the most to lose in a crippled Globalstar. Not the Bondholders, Not Loral! Qualcomm!! Condor, Govt. Systems, Omni/Wingcast, Aviation Saftey, etc.

There is one way to get Qualcomm's attention. And that is control of Exit #1. First thing you do is sell the Uninstalled Gateways in crates to a Bondholder led Holding Company for let's say 200K! Then you sell the Gateways in Clifton, Pueto Rico, and Canada to another BH led holding company! Heck, well even sell of the SOCC's. Now, you have reduced their capabilities if it were to Double Dip! Then you tell eveyone. Sorry, we are out of business. No money! And you mothball the thing! Tell the judge that FCC actions on ATC are the systems only hope! We have to reduce expenses until we find out how the Commission will rule! Maybe even put a little more pressure on the FCC! All those emergency agencies no longer have communications because we can not self-fund the company. Even with NO DEBT!

Just like a good hand of 5 card stud!
