Link please, cause I don't (remember) Amazing that you could prattle on and on about the Middle East and not know about the repeated peace offers by the Arab states, endorsing the internationally accepted solution to the conflict. Maybe if you weren't so full of rage while you surf the Net, you'd actually learn something. Message 17071882 why Syria did not recognise Israel prior to 1967? (never mind after) --- the bloody ethnic cleansing Zionists performed on Arabs in Palestine --- Israel did not honor the very UN resolution that created Israel --- the advice of the native Jewish population of Palestine, which vehemently rejected the State of Israel I don't know why, but these are possibilities.. This doesn't matter, obviously, since Syria later did offer to recognize Israel. Tom
