So you basically making the valuation argument. Dow stocks have lower PE, except the few techs. Slower growth environment and they can meet targets.

Saw CEO of GE make a comment that their current earnings projection do not factor in a recovery in the economy this year. I don't think a lot of tech CEOs are willing to say that.
The old economy companies tend to have good stock buyback plans and also tend to issue fewer employee stock options.
