Bezos sold more shares!

Bezos' "Sold" info (Feb 4-5) was posted to Yahoo today,
while the corresponding "Proposed Sale" info (Feb 1)was posted many weeks ago.
The Wall Street Journal was able to confirm the
"Sold" status with AMZN soon after the "Proposed Sale" info
and way before the "sold" info was publicly posted.
Isn't this a form of insider info?

I think tech is due for a pullback -- including manu and the rest. It might be sharp and short -- I don't know -- but my preference right now is to have cash to buy at lower prices.
