I think it's none of your's or anyone's business if I want a handgun. I, unlike you, will also say it's none of my business if you want to sit at home and drink alcohol. Both, in the wrong hands, are deadly. Alcohol is just a little more deadly. Not to mention all the lives it has ruined.
