This is a shareholder friendly deal Larry....when Valence needs a draw the corresponding market price drives the cost Berg pays for his shares......

LOL! Good point, though it's unclear to me (not having actually collated the data) VLNC's shares have dipped just prior to past Berg announcements. If you've collated that data I'm sure folks would be interested in seeing it presented here.

As for me I remain comfy on the VLNC sidelines, waiting, watching, and busy with other things.
