Tom. I think the following was from an article and not your words....." Pinhas Inbari writes that Israel is making the same mistake in the occupied territories that it made in southern Lebanon, where "the sapping of Palestinian nationalism's strength led to the emergence of Islamic fundamentalism," a far more dangerous force."....

1) Does this mean that islamic crazies did not exist before this time?

2) And don't you think that Israel will have a lot more support in ridding the area of these crazies? I mean a good part of the world is now focused on the muslim crazies and how to get rid of them.

I bet many Israeli citizens today (like the families of suicide-bombing victims) wish that their government hadn't nurtured HAMAS in its infancy, and had instead embraced the secular PLO's peace offerings>>>>

I bet that Arabs regret attacking Israel in 1948, Jews regret allowing Arabs to stay in Israel, both regret Oslo, USA regret not killing Bin Laden when they could so what? Monday-morning?

PS There is no difference between Hamas and PLO-Goal is to destroy Israel
