Strange that President Bush would do this as it is generally conceded voters in the lower economic strata vote demolib. Ignorance, you see. welfare. gimme..gimme. besides, Clinton gave them all citizenship without examination back in the '94 election. The FBI and INS weren't even notified. Also not much mention in the media at the time. Hid it well. But it did get clinton barely reelected. At least President Bush is suggesting it out in the open.

That's a Democrat ploy. Only they don't bother having them register at the INS -- just register to vote Democrat. That's all that mattered during the Clit'on administration.

Given the fact that the INS just granted visas to two dead terrorists, I don't have a lot of faith in the immigration system that from 1992 to 2000, INTENTIONALLY got left behind and on the wrong side of the digital divide, for the purpose of swelling the ranks of DemocRAT voters.
