Thank you. I do have a healthy respect (and fear) of the power of the market, and I don't want to give anyone the impression that it was easy. The year worked out as a result of lots of time and stress watching the market tick along all day long. Buy and hold is much easier, of course you gotta take what the market gives you, and B/H with the NAS approaching 5k wasn't it in my opinion. You are also exactly correct on getting into the groove - I tend to closely watch a small subset of stocks and trade them. Kind of mechanical after awhile, but if it produces profits in this kind of market that's okay. As for 37k into 7 million over the past 3 years, man, the guy is either a total lucky gambler or a genius. I did about a 45% return last year going long the vast majority of the time, and I'm overjoyed at that considering the type of market it was. For whatever reason, it was less fun in 2001, more stress, perhaps I need some time off doing some real work, like landscaping or something <ggg>.

Best regards,
John
