I think Junior was being quite clear.
President Bush declared yesterday that "all options are on the table" -- including nuclear weapons -- to confront states that threaten to use weapons of mass destruction,
He's already accused Saddam of threatening with weapons of mass destruction. So far whenever Bush has said he was planning to do something no matter how stupid he has gone ahead and done it. I don't see any sign that he has grown a brain.
