Taiwan's a whole different kettle of fish: China has never planned to expel the Taiwanese!! When Transpacific trade will exceed the Transatlantic one, expect the Taiwan issue to be settled like Hong Kong: a colorful piping-in ceremony for the Chinese, after a colorful piping-out ceremony for the Yanks --with flags, fireworks and the whole shebang....
