Thanks dabum,
I am confused on one point. I thought a one day key reversal was a huge drop on huge volume with the price ending way up off its low at the high for the day. And if this reversal happens near the stocks previous(months, weeks) lows, it's even better. While looking through a charting book it looks like the following day, which would be today, can be lower than yesterdays close but higher then the reversal days low drying up the last of whatever selling volume that is left. The book says the price moves sharply lower than the previous days low, and then moves to the upside, closing near the high of the day and often occurs at the end of a panic decline. And then it goes on to say it's particularly good when it coincides with a possible double bottom. Should I throw this damn book away? Just learning. JimP do you still follow CREE?
