<font color=red>BOYCOTT!

It appears that SI Admin is applying the TOU in a rather inconsistent manner. Attempted blackmail seems to be OK; use of mild perjoratives is not- -unless you've threatened SI with a lawsuit, in which case you can do what you please without any fear.

I and some others have put this on or profiles.

Off the air until at least Monday.

PS Karen: that article was a riot. I'll be loading up on fish, bread and wine toot sweet.

Shamblin's program attracts many overweight Christian women because it does not focus on counting calories or eliminating favorite foods. If you get right with God, Shamblin says, you will lose weight.

OK, this sounds testable. If that works it's surely miraculous.

But the diets eschewing 'sweets, white bread, fried foods and salt' and 'replacing processed foods in the diet with whole-grain breads, fruits, fresh vegetables, fish and olive oil' are certainly sensible, whatever the OT recommendation.

Stil, I want to hear of someone who's done the former plan and had it work.
