Charley, ""nancyboy" is British slang for a homosexual male, considered derogatory. I don't know of any male who would think it amusing to be called such a name, or a "girlieboy," regardless of sexual orientation. My point was that it is inappropriate to have a thread on SI with the "nancyboy" header. SI apparently came to the same conclusion on its own. The thread is gone, problem is over, and the subject is now dropped.
